Er. Sagar M. S.
Proprietor & Structural Consultant
Er. Sagar M. S. brings over 15 years of professional experience in structural engineering, with expertise in RCC, steel and composite structures, seismic and wind analysis, structural design, foundation engineering, structural peer review, structural assessment and rehabilitation.
Sagar began his professional career with ESCOM Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Noida, where he gained valuable experience in the analysis and design of RCC, steel and composite structures, including high-rise residential and commercial projects. He subsequently gained extensive professional experience with S & S Associates, Bengaluru, working on a wide range of structural engineering projects.
Over the course of his career, he has been involved in the analysis and detailed design of high-rise residential buildings, commercial buildings, institutional structures, RCC and steel structures, composite structures and specialized structural systems. His project experience includes buildings ranging from conventional low-rise structures to 32-storey developments, along with projects involving shear walls, special moment-resisting frames, flat plates, composite members, pile foundations and long-span structures.
Academic & Professional Background
- M.Tech in Computer Aided Design of Structures from Malnad College of Engineering under Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU).
- B.E. in Civil Engineering from Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan, under VTU.
- Pursuing Ph.D. under Visvesvaraya Technological University, focusing on the optimum design of Tuned Liquid Dampers against earthquake excitation.
